We love this old building.

Before becoming our office, it was Norman B Carpets, Roy Palm Motors and a kerbside petrol station. This is quintessential adaptive re-use – architecture at its best – an intelligent shell that adapts and bears authentic scars only time can yield.
It has the most improbable roof, that saw tooths one way and crinkles the other spanning the open plan and affording wonderful natural light. We planned the space to facilitate discourse – personal workspaces redefined as places to meet and collaborate – the best way to grapple with complex and nuanced issues.
We are as close to the city as you can be without actually being in it – this gives us a certain perspective on things…
